  • Medicinal ingredients : Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, 12:1 root extract) (crude quantity equivalent to 3000 mg) with 5% withanolides. 250 mg.

    Non-medicinal ingredients: mannitol, xylitol, citric acid, cellulose, allulose, stevia, crospovidone, natural mixed berry flavour, natural wild berry flavour, monk fruit extract, magnesium stearate.

  • - Helps relieve general weakness, especially during convalescence or old age
    - Aids sleep or balances aggravated vata (nervine)
    - Helps improve memory
  • Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have benign prostate hypertrophy and/or prostate cancer, if you have been diagnosed with hypoactive sexual disorder, sexual dysfunction or erectile dysfunction, if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
  • Soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, peanut-free, halal, kosher.
  • Adults: Take 1 tablet on or under the tongue twice daily. Allow the tablet to dissolve. No water is required.
