Steps to follow
1. Log in to your customer account
To make sure you're logged in, you'll see your first name in the page's header. When you place your 1st order, create your Avril customer account.
2. Choose "Delivery" mode
In the top navigation area of your page on-line, you'll see "Home delivery", so you can build up your cart.
If you see "Pickup at [Avril store]", click on it, then select "Delivery" and confirm "Choose delivery".
3. Prepare your order
Select your products via the categories online or the search bar. You can order for delivery among over 10,000 products and promotions, ambiant grocery items, supplements and vitamins, beauty products, baby and mums or home and wellness. Fresh, frozen, and some heavy items are only available in-store or to be picked up.
Delivery is free once for any order over $75 before taxes, within Quebec or Ontario. Extra charges apply for packages over 10 kg.

4. Complete your shopping cart
Complete your order by entering your payment method. Your payment is secured.
A fast, reliable shipping service
You will receive an initial e-mail confirming receipt of your order. It will now be processed. Our logistics team assembles your order and packs each product in our distribution center.
We are committed to assembling your order within 48 working hours* of receipt, so that you can receive it as quickly as possible. However, it is important to note that the carrier may experience processing delays over which we have no control. The delivery date estimated by our team may be modified by the carrier or influenced by current circumstances. Once your order has been prepared, our team informs you by e-mail that it has been dispatched.
Once shipped, our carrier will deliver your order within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. For more information, please consult our shipping policy.
