In-store pickup service

To make sure you're logged in, you'll see your first name in the header. When you place your 1st order, create your Avril customer account.

In the header at the top of the home page, you'll see "Pickup at [store name]", so you can build up your basket.

If you see "home delivery", click on it, then choose "Pickup" and "select" your Avril store.

Select your products via the Shop online tab or the search bar. A pre-authorization of +15% is taken, to adjust the actual weights of the prepared products. You will only be charged the exact final amount.

You will be shopping from the 13,000 products and promotions selected by Avril, in all our departments: grocery, fresh and frozen items, health and beauty, supplements and vitamins.

Select your timeslot, i.e. the date and time you'd like to collect your order in the coming week.

Complete your order by entering your payment method. Your payment is secured.

You'll receive an initial email confirming that we've received your order. It will now be processed.

Our in-store team assembles your order and packs each product on site. At the end of the preparation process, our team is ready to welcome you. When you come in-store, please let our team at the checkout counter know that you are on site.
