Pickup policy

Rest assured that our teams are committed and working to have your order assembled within 24 business hours following its receipt, so that you can pick it up as quickly as possible. Fresh produce is added at the last minute before you arrive, to ensure maximum freshness.

Minimum order amount of $35, and no pickup fees.

At the time of placing your order, a pre-authorization amount will be held. 15% of the total invoice amount will be added for fluctuations in the weight of different items.

The total amount will only be charged once the order has been prepared. When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation by email along with a detailed invoice.

You may prefer to receive product substitutions and be notified of any missing items. Once your order is completed, you will be asked if you wish to receive a notification.

If you wish to receive product substitutions without being notified, an associate will choose a similar item to the unavailable one at a nearly equivalent price.

We aim to select products with an expiration date of over one month (excluding fruits, vegetables, and fresh products).

In the event that we are unable to provide such products (for example, if a product's expiration date is shorter than our goals), we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to offer possible alternative solutions. (to be confirmed)
