Medicinal ingredients (for one cap) : Sacred basil (leaf) (extract 10:1) 50 mg, l-tyrosine (100% GMO free fermentation) 125 mg, l-théanine (camelia sinensis) (leaf) 50 mg, L-5- HTP (Griffonia simplicifolia seed) 35 mg, schisandra chinensis (berry) (extract 10:1) 70 mg, ophiocordyceps sinensis (mycélium) (extrait 4:1) 70 mg, rhodiola rosea (root) 3% salidrosides 60 mg, ashwagandha (root) (extract 20:1) 50 mg.
Non medicinal ingredients: vegetal capsules (hypromellose), l-leucine pharmaceutical grade 100% végétal (lubricant).

Precautions: If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you are breastfeeding, having a cardiovascular condition, or are taking any heart or blood pressure medication consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking antidepressant medication, taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills, carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity consult a health care practitioner prior to use. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St-John’s wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. If you are following a low protein diet, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Consumption with alcohol or any other drugs or natural health product with sedative properties is not recommended.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have bipolar disorder, bipolar spectrum disorder, scleroderma or if you are pregnant.
Known adverse reactions: If you experience irritability or insomnia discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience vomiting and abdominal pain. Several cases of dried mouth, cutaneous eruptions, somnolence, nausea and diarrhea have been known to occur.

Take 1-2 capsules, twice daily.
