Medicinal ingredients: Arnica montana 9CH, sarcolacticum acidum 3CH, zincum oxydatum 3CH.
Non-medicinal ingredients: sucrose, lactose, stéarate de magnésium, citric acid monohydrate, lemon natural flavour.
Cramps: a cramp is an intense and painful involuntary contraction of the muscles, linked to the transformation of glycogen into lactic acid.
Aches: aches generally appear 12 to 14 hours after exercise and disappear in 2 to 3 days. They are linked to an excess of lactic acid in the muscles and to muscle microlesions.
If symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days, consult a health care practitioner.
Notice for diabetics: This product contains 1.6 g of glucose per tablet.

Cramp: A painful involuntary spasmodic contraction of a muscle or a temporary paralysis of muscles from overuse. Onset when glycogen is transformed into lactic acid.
Muscle soreness: Usually felt within 12-14 hours after physical effort. Onset by excess lactic acid in the muscles and muscular micro lesion. Usually lasts 3-4 days.
