Avril pro Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Avril pro service area. Avril Supermarché Santé operates the ‘Avril pro’ brand and offering. The use of Avril pro products and services is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By using the Avril pro services on avril.ca, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you shall not use avril pro nor recommend Avril pro products through avril.ca.
Avril pro Terms and Conditions of Use
Avril pro Health Professionals Users
To use Avril pro services, you must be a health practioner, have created your professional account on avril.ca, received confirmation of your registration from Avril pro Customer Service, and have read and accepted the Avril pro terms and conditions.
The accuracy of the information provided in your Avril pro profile, as well as the professional activity proofs you provide (list of eligible professional activity proofs), is your sole responsibility. Avril pro Customer Service retains the right not to approve your profile if the information is incomplete or non-compliant. You will be informed of the status of your registration.
It is your responsibility to inform us if you are no longer eligible to receive compensation in the course of your professional practice. You will be able to continue your activity on Avril pro without receiving additional compensation linked to orders from your customers.
Our Avril pro Customer Service may later request proof certifying your professional practice. Without the required documents, your access to Avril pro services could be suspended.
Limitation of Liability
The content, information, and use of Avril pro online services are subject to the liability limitations of the avril.ca website (see avril.ca terms and conditions).

Professional Remuneration
Choosing your Remuneration
When you register, you choose whether or not to be remunerated, depending on your affiliation or professional order. You are fully responsible for this choice.
If you opt for remuneration, you will receive a commission that can go up to 20%. You will receive direct deposits into the bank account you registered on the payment platform, during the week following each month's end.
If you change your mind, you can switch from compensated to non-compensated mode or vice versa. To implement this change, contact our Avril pro Customer Service. There is no retroactive effect.
Details of Remuneration by Brands and Products
Products chosen in the "Avril pro" categories are identified by a small blue "Pro" label. When your customer purchases products from the "Avril pro" categories, you earn up to 20% in additional benefits: a commission that can go up to 15% + 5% discount in Avril dollars in your Avril account.
Your customer also receives a discount that can be uo to 5% in Avril Dollars in their Avril account.

You can also include all other products available online on avril.ca in your recommendations to your customer (from any category, i.e. Grocery, Supplements and Vitamins, Moms and Babies, Beauty, Home and Wellness).
For the first order from your recommendation on avril.ca, you receive 2x Avril Dollars in your account and your client also doubles their Avril Dollars.
The levels of remuneration per product (commission and April dollars) may change at any time, without prior notice. The rates that apply are those of the day the order is sent by the end customer.
Remuneration Activation
Once your customers have completed and paid for their order in their account on avril.ca, your remuneration is activated.
When your client reorders on avril.ca, independently, the products, from the category "Avril pro", of a recommendation you prepared, you receive your commission again on the Avril pro products for 90 days from the date of the recommendation you sent them.
After 90 days from sending your recommendation, the April pro remuneration (your commission in %) no longer applies. It will be triggered again when you send a new recommendation to your customers. Nonetheless, your customers always benefit from the regular Marguerite programme, which is a minimum of 1% on products purchased (see Marguerite programme) when they buy products recommended by you.

Orders from your customers
Orders from your customers who follow your recommendations are placed on the avril.ca site. The rules and uses of the avril.ca online store are defined in the Avril Terms and Conditions.
Please note: Avril delivers dry and ambient products weighing 2 kg or less. Fresh and frozen products are available from branches or by collection only.

Cancellations and returns
Avril Cancellations and Returns Policy applies.
When a customer returns a product that you recommended, or has it refunded, and this product entitled you to a commission, the amount of the commission may be deducted from your remuneration the following month.
If fraud is detected or payment cannot be made, the remuneration for the order may also be deducted the following month.
Recommendations eligible for remuneration
All recommendations made by authorised professionals on avril pro are eligible. If two professionals make the same product recommendation to a customer, the most recent recommendation applies. The professional who made the most recent recommendation receives the remuneration for the products concerned.
Limitation of liability for Avril pro product recommendations
You are entirely responsible for the products recommended, the associated advice and the indicated dosage. Avril provides you with information from producers when available.
Payment of remuneration
Professional Commission
The commission is paid by direct transfer to the bank account you indicated on the Stripe secure platform when you registered for Avril pro.
If you wish to change your bank details, please contact Stripe. Avril does not capture any banking or financial information from its customers. Avril is not responsible for data or financial exchanges between the Stripe platform and its customers.
Commission payment frequency
Avril closes the last 30 days of purchases on the last Wednesday of each month. Avril sets up the bank transfer via Stripe in the 1st week of the following month.
