Medicinal ingredients: Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis 71.5 million CFU, Bifidobacterium bifidum 143 million CFU, Bifidobacterium breve 71.5 million CFU, Lactobacillus paracasei 143 million CFU, Lactobacillus plantarum 143 million CFU, Lactobacillus salivarius 14.3 million CFU.

Non-medicinal ingredients: vegetarian capsule shell (modified cellulose), althaea officinalis extract, arabinogalactan, fructo-oligosaccharides, hypromellose, streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus, magnesium stearate.

Do not use this product if you experience nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you are immonocompromised (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, long-term treatment with corticosteroids). Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) appear, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. This product has been in contact with milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, soy and corn. Do not use this product if you are allergic to milk, eggs, fish, soy, wheat and/or corn.
Gluten-free.
Adults, adolescents and children (1 year and over): Take 1 capsule 2 times a day. For those who have difficulty swallowing, open the capsule and add the contents to food or drink.
Store in a cool, dry place.
