  • Apply the lotion to the legs, feet or even arms in a motion that moves up to the heart. Reapply several times a day if necessary. Due to its oil content, apply directly to the skin and not to clothing. Wait 30 minutes after application before putting on tights for support or restraint.
    For very dry skin, the Toning Leg Lotion can also be mixed with one of the Dr. Hauschka Care Oils.
