Medicinal Ingredients: Magnesium (citrate) 6 mg, hawthorn leaf and flower (Crataegus monogyna) 360 mg, motherwort herb (Leonurus cardiaca) 80 mg, lemon balm herb (Melissa officinalis) 20 mg.

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), brown rice flour.

- Helps support the heart and nourishes the cardiovascular system by promoting cardiac circulation, muscle contractility, and oxygen utilization. - Helps maintain a normal, healthy sinus rhythm. - Helps support the atria and ventricles of the heart.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a bleeding disorder or are taking anticoagulants. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin or blood pressure medication. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
