  • Preparation:
    Ovens may vary Microwave oven: Make a 3 cm (1 in) slit in the transparent film. Do cook on high for 15 to 16 minutes. Let rest 3 minutes. Serve. Toaster oven: Remove the film transparent and the plateau. Put into a baking dish. Follow the directions for the oven conventional. Conventional oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F / 190°C. Remove the transparent film. Place the tray on a sheet metal pastry. Cook from 55 to 60 minutes. To leave rest 1 minute. Serve.
