Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, if you are taking an anticoagulants/blood thinners, anti-inflammatories, or antibiotics, if you are having surgery, or if you are allergic to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato). Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.

Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.

Adults: 1 capsule 3 times daily, on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.

Best taken on an empty stomach to help break down food particles stuck in the intestine.
