This collagen is an optimized molecular complex based on collagen of multiple ingredients whose profile in peptides and amino acids stimulates the production of all types of collagen in the body. Its unique formula, rich in active ingredients, provides all the precursor nutrients of the joint. Medicinal ingredients:
Hydrolyzed Collagen* (Bovine skin) 5000 mg (enhanced with 500 mg of lysine*), Glucosamine Sulfate (Shellfish: crabs, shrimps) 1500 mg , Chondroitin Sulfate (bovine tracheas) 500 mg, Methylsulfonymethane (MSM) 400 mg.
*Amino acids: proline, hydroxyproline, glutamate, glutamine, alanine, arginine, aspartate, lysine (plus 500 mg), serine, valine, leucine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, hydroxylysine, tyrosine, methotine, histidine, cysteine.

Non-medical ingredients:
Citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, stevia, natural flavour of wild blueberry (natural extract rich in antioxidants) and fruit punch.
Mix half a tablespoon (7.5 ml=l cap) to one tablespoon (15 ml) with half a cup of water or juice (125 ml) and drink on an empty stomach, once or twice daily, one hour before dinner or at bedtime, without exceeding the maximum daily dose of 15 ml. May take one month to see the beneficial effects.
