  • Yin & Yang Digest® infusion is placed under the sign of balance. This organic herbal tea subtly combines the most emblematic spices of Asia, including Star Anise and Cardamom. Coriander and Green Anise seeds complete these delicate accords to promote light digestion.
    With its subtle aniseed almost liquorice notes, this digestive herbal tea will be ideal after meals. Free of theine, it is consumed hot, even in the evening. Very mild, it will offer you moments of tasting filled with serenity.
    Notes: woody liquorice (star anise), fresh anise (fennel, anise), zesty (cardamom) and spicy floral (coriander).
    The notes follow one another without interruption in a very harmonious way. The notes are warm and round. the very slightly sweet flavor reassures and the spiciness at the end of the mouth warms.
    This infusion can be drunk both hot (after hot infusion) and cold (after maceration in lukewarm water).
