ADULT: Add one teaspoon into 125 ml of cool water or juice, up to twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and/or at bedtime or as directed by your physician. Stir well with a fork and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of liquid. Do not swallow in dry form.

FIRST TIME USERS: Begin with one teaspoon daily and gradually increase, if needed, to two teaspoon a day. If bloating is noticed, return to one teaspoon a day until system adjusts.
