In order to respect traditional techniques dating from the 1900s, they are drawn in bronze and gently dried at low temperature. This authentic way of making pasta results in a texture that allows the sauce to stick better.

Contain gluten.
Pour the pasta into a pot of boiling water (1 liter of water for 100 g of pasta). Simmer the pasta for 9 minutes, and stir occasionally with a wooden spoon. After the cooking time, drain the pasta in a colander.
