  • Brown rice (98%), tapioca starch, salt.
  • Soak the leaves of rice in lukewarm water for 15 to 20 seconds. Remove and shake gently remove excess water of each leaf. Spread a sheet (or two for a thicker roll) on a flat surface. Layer the toppings chosen along the end of leaf. Complete with fresh herbs. Raise the edges and roll up. Serve and eat fresh rolls or lightly fried until golden color. To be enjoyed with a sauce for dipping.
