Medicinal ingredients, each capsule contains: Organic linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) 1,000 mg, Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) 530 mg, Oleic acid (OA) 137 mg, Linoleic acid (LA) 120 mg, Ground organic linseed (Linum usitatissimum) 27.5 mg. Lignans are natural phytochemicals present in high concentrations in flaxseed.

Non-medicinal ingredients: capsule (gelatine, glycerine, purified water, carob), GMO-free sunflower vitamin E.
