Adults: Shake well before use. Measure 2 tablespoons (30 ml) and dilute with an equal amount of hot water. Take twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before eating in the morning and before going to bed.
Pro-Essence® Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) with a glass of warm water.
Floralax® II Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (5g) 3 times a day. For each dose, mix well with at least 250 ml of liquid and drink immediately.
