Organic arborio rice, organic soy protein, organic sundried tomatoes, mushrooms (shiitake, porcini), nutritional yeast, salt, spices, herbs.

1) Set the small sachet aside, and empty the main sachet into a saucepan with 2 tbsp. tablespoon of oil. Cook over medium heat for 30 seconds. Optional: Add 1/2 cup of white wine.
2) Pour in a cup of water and cook until the rice absorbs most of it, stirring every 2 minutes.
3) Repeat step 2 until the rice is tender, then serve, sprinkling with spices from the small sachet. Note that cooking takes 20 to 30 minutes, and requires a total of 3 to 4 cups of water. -
