Organic Arborio Rice, Organic Sun-Dried Tomato, Organic Soy Protein, Nutritional Yeast, Mushrooms (Cremini, Porcini), Onion, Maple Sugar, Organic Garlic, Organic Lemon, Spices, Herbs.

1) Pour 1 tablespoon of oil and the contents of the sachet into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
2) Add 1 1/4 cups of water and simmer uncovered, stirring every 2 minutes, until most of the water is absorbed.
3) Repeat step 2 three times or until the rice is cooked. -
