Medicinal ingredients: SensorilTM ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) roots and leaves (standardized to 8% withanolides) 125mg, Siberian ginseng extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (root) (standardized to 0.8% eleutherosides) 75mg, Lavender extract (Lavandula angustifolia) 5: 1 (aerial) 75mg, Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) extract (root) (standardized to 3.5 % rosavins) 37.5mg

Non-medicinal ingredientsRice starch, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, or bipolar spectrum disorder. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Keep out of the reach of children.
