Made from unpasteurised milk, this traditional triple cream cheese with a bloomy rind retains the typical flavours of the Isle region. Beneath its beautiful downy, whitish rind lies a soft, ivory-coloured paste with a creamy texture. To the taste, it reveals flavours of butter and fresh mushrooms with a hint of herbs and salt. It has a soft, creamy intensity on the palate, sometimes becoming runny. Its texture is incomparably supple. Its buttery flavour is utterly exquisite. Winner of a CASEUS award in 2023 and 2019 and bronze medal in 2018 and gold medal in 2017 at the World Cheese Awards.
