  • This gelato is prepared by our chefs in the purest Italian tradition. It contains natural ingredients, a smooth texture as well as a most refined fragrance. This frozen treat can be eaten on its own or added to a refreshing smoothie recipe!

    Gelato differs from traditional ice cream in that there is more milk than cream in the ice cream and, in doing so, much less fat. In addition, the gelato storage temperature is -16°C compared to ice cream which is around -20°C, which allows you to better appreciate the taste finesse of Italian ice cream.
  • A SEARCH FOR AUTHENTICITY
    In the winter of 2018, Avril co-founder and co-owner Rolland Tanguay set off to Italy in search of the best gelato recipes. He attended the International Fair of Handicraft Production of Gelato (SIGEP) in the city of Rimini.
