Add 50 g (1/3 cup) of gravy mix into 500 ml (2 cup) of cold water. Mix and bring to a boil stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. To obtain a creamy gravy use 250 ml (1 cup) of cold water and 250 ml (1 cup) of milk.
