We then add marinated organic shiitake mushrooms, roasted red peppers and marinated artichoke hearts, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar. You won't even get bored of cheese!

  • Ovens may vary. Conventional oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F / 220°C. Remove the transparent film. Place the pizza directly on an oven rack. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust begins to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425°F / 220°C for 13 to 15 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Serve.
