Medicinal Ingredients: Sweet Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare subsp. vulgare var. dulce) Seed Extract (4:1) 100mg - 400mg Dry Equivalent, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) Grass Head Extract (4:1) 50mg - 200 mg Dry equivalent, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) Extract of aerial parts (4-6:1) 25 mg - 100-150 mg Dry equivalent, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Root extract (2.7:1), 25 mg - 67, 5 mg dry equivalent.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, hypromellose, ascorbyl palmitate, silica.

Take one capsule three times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond two weeks.

If symptoms persist or worsen; or if insomnia persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. If you are taking other medications or natural health products with sedative properties, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. Consumption of alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Contraindications: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have protein S deficiency or hormone sensitive conditions such as uterine, endometrial, breast or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids, do not use.
Known adverse effects: Cases of hypersensitivity (eg allergy) have been reported; in this case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution when operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or engaging in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
