Medicinal Ingredients: Matricaria chamomilla (10:1 ratio) 250 mg, Equivalent to 2.5 g of German Chamomile flowers, Magnolia officinalis (4:1 ratio) 175 mg, Equivalent to 700 mg of Hou po whole plant, Lemon Balm (4:1 extract) 125 mg, Equivalent to 500 mg of Melissa Officinalis, Magnesium (Magnesium Glycinate) 100 mg, Providing 20 mg of elemental magnesium.

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, L-leucine, Oryza sativa (rice) powder, Magnesium stearate.
