  • Each sachet contains 1.5g of dried Equisetum arvense (Horsetail) herb.
  • 1 sachet 3 times a day. Infuse 1 sachet in 150ml of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
    Contraindications:
    Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you suffer from heart or kidney impairment; if you are taking digitalis, lithium or other diuretics; if you are allergic to nicotine or horsetail.
    Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bag is not sealed.
