    Iron (Ferrous Gluconate) 10 mg, Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 1.1 mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.1 mg, Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) 8 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.3 mg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 2.4 mcg. Nonmedicinal ingredients:
    Water, concentrated orange juice, pineapple, molasses, aqueous extract of spinach and anise, organic beet juice powder, organic acerola fruit juice powder, ascorbic acid and citric acid.
  • Adults (including breastfeeding women) and adolescents 14 to 18 years: Take 1 serving (10 ml) twice daily. Adults (pregnant women): Take 1 serving (10 ml) 3 times daily. Adolescents and children (4 to 13 years): Take ½ serving (5 ml) twice daily. Store unopened vial at room temperature.
