Tradition’s freshly pressed apple cider is made from a delicious blend of many wholesome apples picked at optimal maturity. Only apples in the best condition are selected for this cider. The apple cider is freshly pressed, not made from concentrate, and is 100% natural, without any chemical treatment. Then, it is flash pasteurized at low temperature before being cooled down and bottled. Thanks to this process, the 100% pure cider maintains all of its organoleptic properties from the apples. The polyphenols this cider contains make it the best cider of its category.
