  • Ribwort fresh organic leaves (plantago lanceolata), marshmallow fresh organic root (althaea officinalis), purple echinacea fresh organic root (echinacea purpurea), mullein fresh organic leaves (verbascum thapsus), narrow-leaf echinacea fresh organic root (echinacea angustifolia).
    Non-medicinal ingredients: pure vegetable glycerine and water, organic fir essential oil (abies balsamea).
  • Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist. Avoid using with prescription drugs.
  • Adults: 3 ml, 3 times daily. Dilute in a small amount of water.
    Children (2 to 12 year old): 0.75 ml, 3 times daily. Dilute in a small amount of water.
    Babies (0 to 2 year old): 0.3 ml, 3 times daily. Dilute in a small amount of water.
