Marguerite is Avril’s rewards program. Sign up to earn Avril Dollars, collect Marguerites and grow your savings.

You can collect Marguerites by purchasing products in eligible categories. Once you’ve spent a certain amount in Canadian dollars in a given section of the store, you’ll get a Marguerite for that section. The more you spend on eligible products in a given transaction (after any discounts and before tax), the closer you’ll be to collecting a new Marguerite.

There are 5 kinds of Marguerites, each of which can be collected as many times as you like:

1. Earn Avril Dollars on in-store and online purchases (1% cash back in Avril Dollars).
2. Earn double Avril Dollars when you buy our store-brand products.
3. Collect Marguerites for more rewards
4. Get an exclusive gift on your birthday!
5. Answer our online satisfaction survey for a chance to win 100 Avril Dollars.

You’ll receive a surprise bonus in Avril Dollars when you make a purchase of at least $30 during your birthday month. The reward is credited to your account the day after the transaction. Full details will be emailed to you.

• Earn Avril Dollars on in-store and online purchases: earn 1% cash back in Avril Dollars on eligible purchases.
• Double your savings when you buy eligible store-brand products: earn 2% cash back in Avril Dollars when you buy our store-brand products.
• Save even more by collecting Marguerites: collect Marguerites in every department to earn even more Avril Dollars. Each time you collect a Marguerite in a given section, you earn an extra 2 Avril Dollars.

Avril Dollars can be used as a payment method (1 Avril Dollar = CA$1) for purchases made in store or online at Avril.ca.* To redeem your Avril Dollars, you must first create an account on the Marguerite app or the Avril website.

*There is no minimum purchase amount to redeem Avril Dollars. Avril Dollars cannot be used on gift card purchases.

You can view your balance and history in the Marguerite app or your online account.

As soon as you join the Marguerite program and create your account, you’ll start earning cash back on your purchases. You can redeem your earnings at any time.*

In the event of an in-store return, credit or refund, your Avril Dollars balance and progress toward any applicable Marguerites will be lowered accordingly.

Your Avril Dollars will be deposited into your account within 24 hours.

If your account is inactive for 24 months (meaning no transactions and no Avril Dollars earned or redeemed), your Avril Dollars will expire.

You can collect Marguerites by shopping in any section of the store. Each time you collect a Marguerite, you’ll earn an extra 2 Avril Dollars. The Marguerite harvest began on May 8, 2024, and you start collecting from this date.

Fill your cart with all your favourite organic fruits and vegetables. For every $150 spent in the Fruits and vegetables section, 2 Avril Dollars will be deposited into your account

Stock up on oat milk, chia seeds, hummus, pasta and more. For every $300 spent in the Grocery section, 2 Avril Dollars will be deposited into your account.

Note: Cleaning products, books, and home goods are also included in this category.

Get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals.

For every $250 spent in the Supplements section, 2 Avril Dollars will be deposited into your account.

Treat yourself to our moisturizers, shampoo bars, makeup, and sunscreen. For every $150 spent in the Beauty section, 2 Avril Dollars will be deposited into your account.
Note: Body care products are also included in this category.

Grab your favourite Avril Bistro salads, bowls, wraps and coffee. For every $150 spent in the Bistro section, 2 Avril Dollars will be deposited into your account.

If your account is inactive for 24 months (meaning no transactions and no Avril Dollars earned or redeemed), your bloomed and in-progress Marguerites will expire.

Log in to your Avril.ca account. If you’re already a member, there will be a membership card in your account.

Your virtual Marguerite card is available via your online account or in the Marguerite app. For the good of the planet, we don’t send members a physical card when they join.

Download the Marguerite app to keep a virtual copy of your card on your phone at all times.

You can still use your virtual Marguerite card via your online account or in the Marguerite app.

Edit your profile on the Marguerite app or in your online account.

For the last ten years, Avril Rewards has offered members 1% cash back in Avril Dollars. The new Marguerite program is designed to enhance the member experience by giving you even more!

If you joined before May 13, 2024, you’ll automatically become a member of the new program and keep the Avril Dollars you earned before the change.

Don’t worry about your account and rewards. Your points balance and rewards will stay the same, and you’ll continue to earn Avril Dollars at the current rate of 1% (before tax) on in-store and online purchases. You will still be able to redeem your Avril Dollars (after tax) on in-store and online purchases.

The new Marguerite program is effective as of May 13, 2024. By remaining a member after this date, you agree to the updated terms and conditions. Please note that membership can be cancelled at any time. In the case of minors, Avril will consider the updated terms and conditions to have been accepted by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise notified before the new program takes effect.
