  • Ingredients Udon noodles: awaiting validation. water, wheat flour, salt, modified cassava starch, gluten flour, lactic acid, sodium alginate. Contains wheat.
    Ingredients Vegan Chicken: Water, wheat gluten, tofu (soy beans, water, magnesium chloride), canola oil • natural flavors, cider vinegar, onion and garlic powder, minced garlic, red peppers, chives, extract of yeast, yeast, herbs and spices. Contains: wheat, soy.
    Sauce Ingredients: Sugar, soy sauce, modified corn starch, garlic, ginger. Contains: Soy.
  • Cooker
    Heat 30 ml (2 tbsp) of oil over medium-high heat. Brown the vegan strips for 4 to 5 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Add vegetables if desired: onions, peppers, snow peas. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the udon noodles, mix gently and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Mix the sauce with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water until you obtain a homogeneous texture. Pour the sauce over the preparation. Continue cooking for 2 minutes, stirring.

    Microwave
    Mix the sauce with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water and heat for one minute at maximum power. Stir to obtain a uniform texture and set aside. Empty the bag of noodles and the vegan strips onto a plate and add 15 ml (1 tbsp.) of water. Heat for 2 minutes at maximum power, top with sauce and serve.
