Mix (375g) + your choice of sweetener (350g) = 725g cake mix.
2 large eggs * 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (100mL) vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups + 2 tbsp (350g) cane sugar * 1/4 cup + 4 tbsp (200mL) warm water 1/4 cup + 4 tbsp (200mL) milk * *Cooking time may vary depending on sweeteners. * Dairy-free/vegan version: Substitute milk with plant-based milk or water. Substitute eggs with Susie Gluten-Free Egg Substitute. * Substitute a 1:1 ratio of sweetener for sugar.
2 6" 2-tier cakes (24 cupcakes) 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease four 6" cake pans or use cupcake liners. 2. In a bowl, add the milk, water, oil, and egg, and mix with a hand-held electric mixer. 3. Add the Susie Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix and sugar, and mix on low speed until well blended, plus 1 minute on high speed. Pour into the pans. Bake: Cupcakes or cakes for about 25 minutes. Let cool. -
