Melatonin 1 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, glycerine, ethanol, xylitol, natural spearmint flavour, citric acid, potassium sorbate, rebaudioside A (stevia leaf extract).

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Avoid consuming alcohol or any other product that may cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking seizure medication, blood pressure medication, medications that suppress the immune system, affect mental status or increase sedation, steroids or anticoagulants; if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal problems or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia or migraine headaches. Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia persists beyond 4 weeks. Discontinue use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion or nausea.
