Each capsule contains:
170 mg of citrus extracts (standardized to 50% citrus bioflavonoids) ; 150 mg of fish oil containing 30% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 20% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); 135 mg of borage oil (Borago officinalis) containing 40% GLA (gamma-linolenic acid); 25 mg of fish lecithin; 15 mg of fish phospholipids; 12 mg of vitamin E (ATE: alpha-tocopherol equivalent) from soya oil; 5.7 mg of iron; 5 mg of zinc; 3.3 mg beta-carotene from whole seaweed (Dunaliella salina) providing 1.65 mg of vitamin A; 200 mcg of folic acid.
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Glycerol stearate, fish gelatin, glycerin, colouring, caramel, ethyl vanillin. -
Take 1-2 capsules daily in the morning, with a little water, depending on the severity of your symptoms. To be taken in 3-month periods. Renewable as often as needed. May be used alone or in combination with phytoestrogens or hormone therapy.
