Each tablet contains:
Medicinal Ingredients: Soybean* (Glycine max (L.)) extract 42 mg (60 % Isoflavones, 15 mg AIE Isoflavones, 400 : 1, equivalent to 16,800 mg dried soybeans) Red-sorrel (Hibiscus sabdariffa, flower) extract 35 mg (1.7 : 1, equivalent to 59.5 mg of flowers) Magnesium citrate, tribasic 405 mg Providing elemental magnesium 56.7 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, beet juice concentrate, vegetable magnesium stearate, lemon peel essential oil, lemongrass oil (West Indian type), Litsea cubeba fruit oil.

Tablet

- Help to reduce the frequency and severity of menopausal symptoms.
- Help to maintain the body's ability to metabolize nutrients and helps in energy metabolism and tissue formation.

Prior to use, ensure you are up-to-date on mammo-grams and gynaecological evaluations.
Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have a liver disorder or develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine); a history of hormonal or gynaecological disease (e.g. ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and/or uterine fibroids); or if you are taking blood thinners or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including thyroid replacement therapy.
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, or a recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting.
Do not use if you currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer.
Avoid taking in case of known allergy to any of the ingredients of the product.
Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen.

Adult women: Take 1 tablet twice daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health care products.
