Piperine may increase the bioavailability of medications and natural health products. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid using this product if you have inflammatory bowel disease or other chronic intestinal conditions. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia (e.g., feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremors, sweating, nausea or headaches).
