  • For 1 tablet:
    Beta-sitosterol (from natural pine tall oil resin) 20mg. Beta-sitosterolin 0.2mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, cellulose, hypromellose.
  • Adults and children 17 years and over: take 1 capsule three times a day or 2 capsules upon rising and 1 capsule before bed.
    Children 11 to 16 years old: take 1 capsule, twice daily.
    Children from 5 to 10 years old: Take 1 capsule, once or twice a day.
    For best results, take with water or juice between meals on an empty stomach. Use a minimum of two to three months to see a beneficial effect.

  • Some individuals may experience temporary digestive problems, rashes, headache and fatigue. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have sitosterolemia.
