Traditional armenian paper is the oldest interior fragrance. The unique scent of the little paper comes from the resin of Benzoin whose disinfecting properties were discovered by Auguste Ponsot in 1885, during a trip to Armenia. He decides to import its benefits into France. Benzoin was formerly used externally to treat asthma, coughs and colds, it is still used today as a healing agent.

It is recommended to detach a strip, fold it in the form of an accordion, place it on the edge on a heat-resistant support, light it then blow the flame to avoid igniting it because it must burn slowly.
