Microwave: Combine 5 tablespoons of the blend with an equal amount of water, breast milk or formula. Add blend or liquid, depending on baby's appetite and particular needs, until you get the desired amount and consistency. Heat in the microwave for a few seconds. Always check the food's temperature before serving it to baby. When the temperature is right, serve immediately and discard leftovers.
Overnight: Combine 5 tablespoons of the blend with 10 tablespoons of water, breast milk or formula. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours. Stir again and serve immediately. Discard leftovers. -
