  • La Merveilleuse Gluten Free Blend (flour blend (brown rice*, buckwheat*, amaranth*, quinoa*), tapioca starch*, ground flax*, alum-free baking powder, guar gum, xanthan gum), cane sugar*, frozen whole eggs*, high oleic sunflower oil*, coconut oil*, dark chocolate chips (cocoa liquor*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter* and/or cocoa powder*), alum-free baking powder, sea salt. *Organic.
  • Directions

    In a conventional oven:

    Do not thaw before using

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
    2. While still frozen, remove packaging and cut into 3/8-inch (9 mm) thick rounds. Arrange rounds on an ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
    3. Bake on the centre rack of the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Baking time may vary from oven to oven.
    4. Let cool 10 minutes before transferring from cookie sheet to serving plate.

    Makes about 20 cookies.
    Safe Handling: Do not eat raw dough.
    Baked cookies will keep for 3 days at room temperature.
