100% Arabica coffee decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® process.
In short, the Swiss Water Process® consists of soaking green coffee beans in a water solution for just over 8 hours to gently extract the caffeine. The solution absorbs the caffeine from the beans and is then repeatedly carbon filtered until 99.9% of the caffeine is removed. Then the beans are dried, and roasted until they reach our usual obsessive level of flavor perfection. -
