  • Organic Red Raspberry, Organic Peppermint, Organic Elder, Organic Echinacea, Bayberry.
  • Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 3 tbsp of herbs, cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Filter. Drink 2 - 3 cups per day.
  • Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an autoimmune disorder, a progressive systemic disease, anemia, gallstones or if taking immunosuppressants. Avoid taking with prescription drugs. Do not take during the first trimester of pregnancy. Discontinue use if gastro-intestinal problems occur.
