Medicinal Ingredients: Each 1.5g tea bag contains 180mg chamomile flowers organic (Matricaria recutita), 180 mg of organic passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), 135 mg of organic lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), 105 mg organic catnip (Nepeta cataria), 90 mg of organic rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis).
Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic peppermint leaves (Mentha x piperita), organic spearmint (Mentha spicata), organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), stevia leaves organic (Stevia rebaudiana)

For adults and adolescents aged 15 and over. Drink a cup (two tea bags) five times a day.
Pour 240 ml of boiling water on two sachets, cover and let infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the sachets to extract all the goodness.

Used in herbalism as calming.
