  • Each sachet contains 1.5g organic dried root of Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion).
  • Recommended dosage (adolescents 12-17 years old and adults 18 years and older):
    2 sachets (3g), 3 times a day.
    2 sachets in 1 cup of cold water, boil for 2 minutes, infuse 10 minutes.
  • To help increase the flow of bile (cholagogue and choleretic); as a diuretic; to help treat digestive disorders (indigestion); as a laxative; to help relieve skin conditions, such as eczema.
  • Consult a health care practitioner: if symptoms persist or worsen; before using if you have liver or gallbladder disease and/or bowel obstruction.
    Contraindications: Do not use this product if you suffer from heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face or feet) or if you are taking products containing diuretics.
    Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bag is not sealed.
