USE
The platform's production system is fully programmed according to the species of microgreens grown, resulting in the production of high quality microgreens with exceptional taste. Also, the fact that the microgreens are grown directly in the store and then offered to consumers, provides incomparable freshness. Add a nutritious ingredient to salads, sandwiches, stir-fries, soups and more.

CONSERVATION
For optimal conservation, refrigerate the microgreens in their original container (with the lid). To harvest, cut the desired amount at the base and rinse with cold water. Return microgreens to the refrigerator. Microgreens can be left on the counter for a few days, out of direct sunlight. When they take them out of the refrigerator, however, they must acclimatize: it is therefore important to wait 2 hours before removing the cover.

TREATMENT
Add 30 to 50 ml of water daily or as needed. They can also be cut and placed in the refrigerator in a closed container.

Microgreens contain a high content of fiber and protein, in addition to being a rich source of micronutrients such as minerals (calcium, copper, iron, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc) and vitamins types A, B and C. They are therefore a food of choice to add as part of a healthy and balanced diet.
