Organic red beans.

Soak overnight in 2.5 liters of cold water. Drain, rinse and drain again. Cook in 3 or 4 times their volume of cold water. Bring to a boil. Bake for 35 to 50 minutes. Tip: depending on how you want to use the beans: 35 minutes for a salad; 45 minutes for a stew; 50 minutes for a soup.
