Organic enriched 00 flour, water, sea salt, organic cane sugar, dry yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate).
Contains: yeast, wheat and triticale.
May contain: soy, peanuts, nuts, mustard, sesame, eggs, milk. -
Defrost the dough in the refrigerator the day before preparation. Before working it, leave the dough at room temperature for 1 hour. Shape the dough with a little flour and roll it out to the desired dimensions (2x8 inch round or a 12x16 inch rectangle). Preheat the oven to 475˚F. Garnish and place in the oven on a stone or on a pizza pan. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes depending on the size and the garnish. The underside of the dough should be golden brown.
